As soon as you get the liking of the people around you, they’ll trust you more in dealing bigger responsibilities and projects. 4. Work even harder. Well, you should start working hard right now. You can begin by volunteering to stay late to meet deadlines. You’ll see that those extra hours could make a great difference in what your bosses think of you.
